The convention registration fee includes:
● Pre-event networking session on Thursday afternoon
● Full access to all conference sessions and keynote talks
● Entry to all official networking events and social activities
● Conference materials and official delegate badge
● Tea/coffee breaks and a 3-course buffet lunch on the main
event day
● Beach Gala Dinner and Beach Party (for registered delegates)
● Event coordination and on-ground support throughout the
convention
Please note: Accommodation, travel, visas, and insurance are not
included unless explicitly stated.

● Group registration applies to 5–10 delegates registered
together
● All group members must be registered at the same time
● One consolidated payment is required for the entire group
● Instalment payments are not available for group registrations
(individuals only)

● Instalment payments are available for individual registrations
only
● Minimum initial payment: USD 40
● We strongly recommend starting payments before the Early
Bird deadline, as the total balance adjusts based on the
pricing tier active at the time
● Registration is confirmed once the full balance is cleared
before the applicable deadline

● Uganda: Ntuma Mobile Money
● Card payments: Visa and Mastercard (local and international)

We have partnered with selected hotels in Diani to offer special
convention rates exclusively for registered delegates.
Accommodation categories include:
● Mid-range hotels (rates to be shared)
● Beach resorts & premium hotels (rates to be shared)
Group discounts apply for hotel bookings made through the
official convention accommodation links.
A detailed accommodation guide with negotiated rates and
booking links will be shared with registered delegates.

You can reach Diani through the following options:
✈️ By Air (Recommended)
● Fly from Nairobi (Wilson Airport) to Ukunda Airstrip (Diani
Airport)
● Flight time is approximately 1 hour, with multiple daily flights
available
🌍 International Arrivals
● Fly into Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (Nairobi) or Moi
International Airport (Mombasa)
● From Mombasa, Diani is approximately 1.5–2 hours by road
🚆 By Train (SGR)
● Take the SGR from Nairobi to Miritini (Mombasa Main
Terminus)
● Continue by road (Uber or taxi) to Diani
● This is a safe and affordable travel option

The convention team will provide on-ground support throughout
the event.

Diani has several reputable private hospitals and clinics within the
area.
Major referral hospitals are also available in Mombasa
(approximately 1.5 hours away).
Emergency contacts and recommended medical facilities will be
shared with all delegates.

Travel insurance is not mandatory but highly recommended for
both local and international delegates. Coverage should include:
● Medical emergencies
● Trip cancellation or delays
● Lost or delayed luggage
● Personal belongings
